Flowing with Light and Dark Femininity - Movement and Sound Bath Workshop

Just like the cycles of the moon, the dance between light and dark femininity is existent within us all. At times we may work in light and be nurturing, conservative, graceful, and poetic, while others we delve into the dark with rage, sensuality, strength and destruction. Our dark feminine nature is nothing to be ashamed of and through our acknowledgment and we harness more power to create and show up fully in our Divine Feminine Essence in the world. 

Join Christina Ifurung and Megan Smith for an evening of embracing delicate and yet powerful femininity. The workshop will begin with a tarot reading and intention setting for the ceremony. We will move into embodied movement and yoga before a grounding earth trance and sound healing featuring Christina using crystal sound bowls. Together we will unpack the experience through journaling and discussion at the end.
