We'll work on opening up key muscle groups like the quadriceps, hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes, calves, and lower back—areas that often feel tight after skiing and snowboarding. Through mindful poses and deep stretches, you’ll alleviate muscle stiffness, improve flexibility, and promote recovery. We’ll also incorporate shoulder and upper back stretches to release any tension from balancing and holding the poles, as well as wrist and forearm stretches to ease strain.
