Who We Are

We are a local, boutique yoga studio located in LoHi, Denver. At our studio, we aim to create a sanctuary and spa like experience. Join us for a Vinyasa Flow, Vin / Yin, Prenatal, Kundalini or Candelight Yin class. After class, nourish yourself with one of our delicious vegan smoothies. We offer students complimentary mat rental and access to our handcrafted plaster finish showers.
